By accessing and using OptimaBets ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

OptimaBets provides AI-powered sports betting predictions using machine learning models. Our service includes:

• Expected value (EV) analysis for Over 2.5 Goals and BTTS markets
• Real-time odds tracking against Pinnacle closing lines
• Match analysis with xG data, live scores, and statistics
• Coverage of 7 European football leagues

All predictions are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by OptimaBets at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Bet responsibly and within their means
• Not use predictions for illegal gambling activities
• Not share account credentials with third parties
• Not redistribute, resell, or republish our predictions
• Comply with local gambling laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

5. Subscription and Payment

OptimaBets offers two subscription plans:

• Pro Monthly: €11.99/month (incl. 20% VAT)
• Pro Yearly: €119.88/year (€9.99/month, incl. 20% VAT)

Payment is processed securely through Viva Wallet. There is no auto-renewal — subscriptions do not automatically renew. You may cancel at any time with no penalties.

6. Disclaimer

Important: Sports betting involves significant financial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. OptimaBets provides expected value analysis based on statistical models, not certainty. You will experience losing streaks. OptimaBets is not responsible for any losses incurred from using our predictions or acting on our analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

OptimaBets, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, any financial losses from betting based on our predictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including machine learning models, algorithms, predictions, analysis, and design, are proprietary to Unimaxim/OptimaBets and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to exploit the Service (including automated scraping, credential sharing, or redistribution of content).

10. Changes to Terms

OptimaBets reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
